Your coach will share a Join Team code. Every family member — player, parents, guardians — registers separately using that same code. Each person gets their own personal PIN.

1. 1Go to your team’s join link — fieldnotes.top9.app/[team]/join — or use the direct link the coach sends you.
2. 2Enter the Join Team code the coach gave you.
3. 3Enter your player’s jersey number.
4. 4Enter your first name as your label — Mom, Dad, or a nickname works too.
5. 5Set a personal 4–6 digit PIN. This is how you log in from here on.

After logging in, you’ll see your athlete’s FieldNotes — direct feedback from their coach. Notes are organized by type and posted throughout the season whenever the coach has something to share.

This is the same feedback your athlete sees. Reading it together is a great way to reinforce what the coach is working on.

The KeyStats tab shows your athlete’s tracked numbers for the season — offensive, defensive, and pitching stats if they’re a pitcher.

Stats are logged weekly by the coach. Use the week navigation to see how your athlete is trending over time.

When your coach posts a drill video, game film, or technique clip to your athlete’s profile, it shows up in the Film Room. Each resource includes a title and usually a note explaining what to focus on.

Watching these with your athlete before practice is one of the best ways to reinforce what the coach is teaching.

DugoutChatter is a shared space for your athlete and family to post short notes — encouragement, questions, or observations. The coach can see everything posted here.

Keep it positive and focused on development. Your athlete’s label will appear next to their posts, and yours next to yours.

You can update your contact info (email, phone) and display label from the profile section in the app. If you need a PIN reset, reach out to your coach.
