FieldNotes connects coaches, players, and families around one thing: player development. Coaches write feedback. Players and families read it, watch film, and stay in the loop — all in one place.
How It Works
Organization admin
Sets up the org and team in FieldNotes, adds coaches, and shares team URLs.
Coach
Adds players to the roster, then shares the team's Join Team code with players and families. The code is in the Invite Players & Families section of the dashboard.
Player & Family
Go to the team's join link, enter the Join Team code and jersey number, choose a label, and set a personal PIN. Each family member registers separately.
Coach
Writes FieldNotes, logs stats, and posts film room resources throughout the season.
Player & Family
Log in any time with their PIN to read notes, check stats, watch film, and post in DugoutChatter.
