Your coach will share a Join Team code. You use it once to create your account.

1. 1Go to your team’s join link — fieldnotes.top9.app/[team]/join — or use the direct link your coach sends you.
2. 2Enter the Join Team code your coach gave you.
3. 3Enter your jersey number.
4. 4Enter your first name as your label — this is how your coach will identify you.
5. 5Set a personal 4–6 digit PIN. Remember this — it’s how you log in from here on out.

2. 2Tap Player / Family Login.
3. 3Enter your PIN.

Once you’re in, you’ll see your FieldNotes — direct feedback from your coach. Notes are organized by type: Game Notes, Practice Notes, Hitting Notes, Fielding Notes, Pitching Notes, Mental Notes, and Teammate Notes.

Tap any note to expand it and read the full feedback. New notes appear automatically — you don’t need to refresh.

The KeyStats tab shows your tracked numbers over the season. Your coach logs these weekly — offensive, defensive, and pitching stats (if you’re a pitcher).

Use the week navigation to track trends and see how you’re progressing over time.

Your coach can post videos directly to your profile — drill clips, game film, technique examples. Check the Film Room tab to see what’s been posted.

Each resource has a title and sometimes a coaching note from your coach explaining what to focus on. Watch it before your next practice.

DugoutChatter is where you and your family can post short notes — questions for your coach, goals you’re working on, or just what you’re thinking. Your coach can see everything posted here.

Keep it focused on your game. Use it to show your coach you’re paying attention.

You can update your contact info (email, phone) and your label from the profile section in the app. If you need to change your PIN, ask your coach.
